We are having an increase in requests for the refinance of assets already owned by businesses. We are happy to report that we are able to place this business for you with several finance companies taking this type of funding. This type of finance is commonly known as Sale and Lease or HP back.

As you will know the standard rate of VAT returns to 17.5% on Jan 1st 2010.
This rate increase will impact on the prices you pay next year obviously. We would like to remind you that Radar is positioned to assist you should you be contemplating asset purchases and saving costs before the year end.
Many vehicle manufacturers seem to taking the opportunity to also raise their car and van prices perhaps wanting to disguise this additional increase amongst the VAT publicity.
VAT Deferral - with asset finance vat is usually taken as part of the deposit. Subject to approval we are able to defer the vat element so please ask us if this is of interest to you.

Welcome to our latest newsletter. The sun is shining and fingers crossed there are better times ahead. We hope you are all surviving or indeed still prospering in the current climate. Here at Radar it is obviously not quite business as usual but we can report that we are busy assisting our clients with new business enquiries and transactions . Encouraging signs as March 09 for us was as good as March 08! We would also like to reassure you we have plenty of avenues to place your asset finance business so don't believe everything you read in the national or indeed local press.
If you have enquired about finance through your own bank you may tell a different story which is why we firmly believe that you should obtain your finance from other institutions other than your own bank. Whatever business you transact with a bank will add to your overall liability with them. Radar can help you with all your asset finance requirments and as you will see as you read on -independent invoice and asset based lending.
